• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Service Catalog, Knowledge Management • Configure and customize HR workflows and lifecycle events • Build and maintain HR catalog items, forms, and automated workflows • Develop integrations with HR systems • Implement and manage HR data security • Configure notifications, SLAs, and reporting dashboards • Troubleshoot and resolve platform and workflow issues • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate HR requirements into scalable solutions

• Build and maintain business and application services aligned to CSDM standards • Execute Service Mapping (top-down and pattern-based), including pattern tuning and troubleshooting • Configure and enhance Event Management , including: Event rules and correlation, Alert enrichment and routing, Incident creation policies • Continuously improve event quality and noise reduction through tuning and optimization • Ensure accurate CI relationships, bindings, and CMDB data integrity • Develop and maintain automation workflows related to incidents, events, and operational processes • Support integration and data flow from observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.) • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to execute against a prioritized backlog and roadmap

• Define and implement CSDM-aligned service modeling standards, including ownership and SLA structures • Lead creation of 15–20 business and application services within the CMDB • Architect and enable event ingestion from observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace or similar) • Design and tune event rules, correlation logic, and incident response policies • Oversee Service Mapping for 8–12 priority services across web, application, and database tiers • Ensure accurate CI relationships, binding, and data integrity within the CMDB • Develop runbooks, SOPs, and operator enablement materials • Deliver dashboards and initial KPI reporting (event quality, service coverage, etc.) • Produce a documented backlog and roadmap for post-implementation expansion

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Splunk-related projects , including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Manage project plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to schedules • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution • Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership • Serve as the technical liaison for Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and platform enhancements • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement scalable Splunk solutions (indexers, search heads, forwarders) • Oversee data ingestion pipelines , parsing, and normalization strategies • Ensure best practices are followed for performance, scalability, and security • Validate technical deliverables and ensure alignment with requirements • Coordinate across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams • Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and technical discussions • Manage vendor relationships and external partners as needed • Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and documentation • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate

• Design enterprise-grade Cribl architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid, and containerized environments) • Define scalable, resilient, and secure data pipeline architectures for logs, metrics, and traces • Develop routing strategies for multi-destination outputs (Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, OpenSearch, S3, SIEMs, etc.) • Lead Cribl Stream, Edge, and Search implementations from design through production • Build and maintain pipelines, packs, routing rules, and enrichment logic • Provide production-level operational support for Cribl environments • Monitor system health, throughput, latency, and data integrity • Troubleshoot pipeline failures, ingestion issues, and performance bottlenecks • Drive observability and SIEM cost optimization strategies
