Senior EdTech Implementation Consultant

Talentus Global

• Lead SIS, LMS, and CRM implementations for higher education institutions. • Conduct virtual workshops to gather requirements and map business processes. • Configure systems and support integrations, data migration, and customizations. • Train users across academic and administrative teams (registrars, admissions, faculty). • Create project plans, process maps, and training materials. • Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success. • Collaborate across LATAM teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years implementing or supporting SIS, LMS, or CRM platforms in higher education.
  • Proven experience with platforms such as:
  • SIS: Banner, Anthology, Workday Student, Jenzabar, Thesis, PowerCampus.
  • LMS: Canvas, D2L, Blackboard, Moodle.
  • CRM: Salesforce, Slate, Dynamics 365, Element451.
  • Strong understanding of academic processes: enrollment, grading, admissions, and financial aid.
  • Experience managing multiple projects remotely.
  • Project collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Teams.
  • Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish.
  • Comfortable working in remote, multicultural teams.
  • Strategic thinking and client-facing communication.
  • Ability to translate institutional needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, and data integrations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. higher education or EdTech clients.
  • PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications.
  • Portuguese fluency is a plus.
