• Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex application, integration, and data issues that surpass Tier 2 capabilities. • Own the troubleshooting of SAML SSO configurations and API-driven integrations. • Manage and validate complex file provisioning workflows, including structured data files (CSV, JSON, XML) and secure automated transfers via SFTP. • Read and interpret JavaScript/scripting languages and system logs to pinpoint the root cause of unexpected platform behavior. • Partner with engineering to document system architecture quirks, create advanced internal troubleshooting guides, and recommend product improvements. • Translate highly complex technical engineering concepts into clear, actionable, and empathetic updates for university stakeholders. • Participate in a scheduled rotation to provide first-line engineering-level response for critical, customer-reported Severity 1 issues (24/7/365 availability). • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Rapid mastery of the Revenue Team tech-stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot Outreach, Zoominfo/Chorus, Orum, DocSend, etc. • Serve as the administrator for all Revenue Team systems, delivering (or organizing) day-to-day support, training and enablement • In partnership with the Pathify Executive Team and the Revenue Leadership Team, serve as the front line resource for all revenue reporting and analytics • Deep understanding of B2B Salesforce structures, processes and flows, including mastery of reporting and analytics capabilities • Deep understanding of Google Sheets and Excel • Strong understanding of Gemini, Claude, and other AI platforms with an up-to-date expertise in how world class revenue orgs improve performance — now and in the future • A strong service and support mentality, with a desire and willingness to help quota carrying staff close profitable business. • Own day-to-day operations and reliability of our GCP infrastructure • Maintain and improve our Kubernetes clusters (deployments, scaling, observability, cost) • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling • Consolidate infrastructure from multiple teams into a single unified devops function • Mature our release management and synthetic monitoring • Partner with engineering and support on performance, security, and incident response • Contribute to our roadmap for infrastructure, deployment, and platform reliability • Establish and participate in an on-call rotation for production infrastructure • Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets
• Working from your preferred location in Australia, design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software applications • Collaborate with our dedicated Product team to define technical specifications and deliver high-quality code • Participate in the software development life cycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment • Continuously research and learn new technologies to enhance the company's technical capabilities • Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of our existing codebase
• Find, data mine, prospect, and hand-off qualified prospects to AEs • Use Pathify tech stack systems to prospect, with a heavy emphasis on phone outreach • Perform high-level demos of the Pathify platform to prospective customers • Create quarterly account development plans in partnership with leadership • Execute weekly, monthly and quarterly activities in accordance with the account development plan • Research trends and discover new opportunities to increase top-of-funnel conversion • Log activities and update pipeline metrics daily • Maintain a strong understanding of products and services and innovate new ways to serve businesses • Ensure an efficient hand-off to AEs for all new prospects in relation to qualification calls • Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
• Evaluate conference and sponsorship opportunities — researching audience fit and alignment with pipeline goals — and make attendance recommendations • Select event materials — banners, tablecloths, signage and sales enablement assets — identifying gaps and overseeing production when needed • Confirm event roster and serve as the primary logistics owner for attendees: travel, accommodations, on-site coverage schedule and attire • Own end-to-end event setup — Asana board, Slack channels, Google Drive folders, internal brief, SFDC campaign and calendar invites — from the moment attendance is confirmed • Manage all communications with conference coordinators, tracking deliverables, deadlines and contract obligations • Coordinate booth shipping and delivery across all events, including hand-carry and storage unit inventory management at our Golden, Colorado, facility • Order booth signage, swag, furniture, equipment, roster attire and giveaway items • Design and execute the lead capture process for each event, ensuring the roster is trained on best practices while ensuring data hygiene in Salesforce • Coordinate with sales and prospecting teams on post-event follow-up cadences, providing event-specific messaging and booth conversation summaries • Partner closely with Sales to align event goals, share relevant attendee intelligence and amplify event ROI
• Continually build a strong sales pipeline of revenue expansion opportunities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a high level of trust with decision makers and influencers across multiple departments, enabling ongoing revenue generation opportunities • Develop and execute an account plan for each customer, including strategy, growth plans, action plans, timeframes, and milestones. • Responsible for ensuring there is up to date inventory of Pathify products and services for assigned customers • Clearly communicate potential use cases and other business concepts needed to create value and attract the attention of the customer • Monitor contractual agreements with the customer and initiate renegotiations when appropriate • Perform daily customer interaction and engagement • Perform modular and use-case specific demos of the Pathify platform to customers • Create quarterly plans in partnership with leadership • Research trends and discover new opportunities to increase sales • Log activities and update pipeline metrics daily • Maintain a strong understanding of the Pathify platform, especially focusing on best practices and valuable use cases • Other duties as assigned
• Own Pathify’s legal strategy, operating rhythm, and risk framework (including a pragmatic risk register). • Set clear internal processes for legal review, approvals, escalation, and recordkeeping. • Provide practical, business-oriented advice to executive leadership and functional leaders. • Lead customer contracting (MSAs, order forms, amendments, DPAs/security exhibits, procurement terms). • Create and maintain templates, accepted edits library, and negotiation playbooks to improve speed and consistency. • Establish an intake process and service levels for contract review so support is predictable, not ad hoc. • Support vendor and partner agreements as required. • Own Pathify’s privacy and data protection posture across customer and end-user contexts. • Ensure product and customer-facing terms/policies remain aligned to product capabilities, including AI-enabled functionality. • Partner with Security/Engineering/Product to translate legal requirements into implementable controls (retention, deletion, access controls, audit/logging, vendor management). • Manage regulatory requirements relevant to Pathify’s markets (e.g., GDPR and education-related privacy/data requirements), coordinating with specialists as needed. • Maintain corporate governance hygiene for the Delaware parent and Australian subsidiary, including Board/stockholder consents, delegated authorities, subsidiary oversight, and required filings (via outside counsel where appropriate). • Partner with CFO and external advisors on corporate structure decisions supporting growth, fundraising, and cross-border operations. • Own the legal documentation underpinning cross-border operations (intercompany services agreements, IP licensing arrangements, cost allocations, and related policies), aligned with finance operations and external tax strategy. • Coordinate with tax advisors on transfer pricing workstreams by ensuring appropriate contracts, governance, and evidence are in place to support the intended tax treatment. • Provide legal support on tax-adjacent matters (e.g., employee mobility, permanent establishment risk, withholding concepts), partnering with Finance and specialists. • Maintain and improve employment templates and policies, ensuring local compliance across all jurisdictions where Pathify employees reside. • Advise People/Leadership on employment matters, investigations, terminations, and policy interpretation, using local counsel where appropriate. • Support equity administration legal workstreams (option grants, plan/document updates, 409A coordination, equity-holder support), partnering with Finance and external specialists. • Establish repeatable processes and documentation standards for cap table and equity-related actions (e.g., Carta workflows). • Maintain Pathify’s IP hygiene: employee/contractor IP assignment, confidentiality controls, trademark strategy, and brand protection. • Manage software/legal topics including open-source software (OSS) compliance basics, inbound/outbound licensing terms, and legal review of product releases as needed. • Lead triage and management of disputes, claims, complaints, and demand letters; oversee outside counsel when needed and keep matters tracked and decision-ready. • Serve as legal lead for security/privacy incident response (with Security/IT), including notifications and customer/regulator communications. • Partner with the CFO/Finance team on risk mitigation via insurance (D&O, EPLI, cyber, etc.), aligning contract risk allocation with coverage and supporting claims management. • Build and maintain a “minimum viable” compliance program appropriate for a scaling SaaS company (code of conduct, key policies, training cadence, reporting mechanism, records retention/legal hold). • Build a contract/document repository and simple tracking for obligations, renewals, and key terms. • Manage outside counsel efficiently with clear scopes, budgets, and deliverables. • Create “self-serve” legal enablement for teams where appropriate (guides, FAQs, training, templates).
• Lead customers through all technical setup and configuration tasks and ensure each item is completed accurately and on time • Serve as the primary technical and training contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation • Configure and troubleshoot user provisioning and flat file configurations, SSO configurations such as SAML, LMS and SIS integrations, and API-based applications • Review and interpret scripting and configuration languages such as JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS to identify and resolve issues • Perform thorough initial troubleshooting before escalating a technical concern and follow established procedures when escalation is required • Travel to customer locations when in-person work is needed (generally less than 20%) • Deliver clear and engaging training sessions for both technical and non-technical customer teams to help them become confident users of the Pathify platform • Explain technical concepts such as the basics of Pathify’s middleware, how user provisioning is structured, and the wide variety of integrations commonly used in higher education • Update training materials or implementation resources when assigned or when improvements are identified • Adjust communication and teaching style based on the customer’s experience level and learning needs • Provide best-practice recommendations by understanding the customer’s vision, goals, and intended student experience, and guide them toward approaches that strengthen platform adoption and engagement • Build positive, professional relationships with customers and represent the Implementation team with clarity and respect • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure aligned progress, shared updates, and accurate customer expectations • Document technical configurations, task completion, and status updates to support continuity and long-term customer success • Collaborate with Implementation, Support, Product, and other internal teams as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience • Follow all internal operational guidelines and expectations • Identify and communicate customer needs, risks, or recurring issues to the appropriate internal teams • Perform other duties as needed to support customer success and Pathify’s goals
