• Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Account Executive owns the complete sales life cycle—from pipeline creation to signed contract—within Fortune 1000–caliber accounts. • Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities among enterprise prospects. • Conduct in-depth needs analysis, deliver tailored demos, and craft ROI-focused business cases. • Negotiate and close multi-year, multi-seat contracts in partnership with legal and procurement teams. • Maintain precise pipeline data in **Salesforce** and **HubSpot**, reporting weekly to executive leadership. • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging and influence the roadmap. • Leverage **Gong.io** insights to fine-tune sales tactics and share best practices across the team. • Contribute to playbooks, collateral, and market positioning as an early commercial hire.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales within U.S. venture-funded, high-growth firms.
- Proven history closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals of **$100K ARR+**.
- End-to-end sales mastery: prospecting, negotiation, executive engagement.
- Power-user proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and related enablement tools.
- Domain expertise in ad tech, performance analytics, or data platforms for media investment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Willingness to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time.

• Speak with active inbound leads and follow up as required. • Managing Inbound leads of the region. • Work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generated. • Provide ongoing feedback to the sales and marketing department for continuous process optimization. • Use and maintain Hubspot for data quality. • Achieve defined KPI goals. • Research potential clients to prospect. • Do demos. • Actively contribute to the evolution of our sales playbook by identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-driven optimizations to our outreach and closing strategies. • Serve as a critical bridge between the market and the Product team, distilling prospect feedback into actionable insights to influence our long-term roadmap • Participate in cross-functional actions with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
• Independently prospect and acquire new business opportunities in the public sector across the DACH region • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and proposals to contract closing • Work with SDRs to identify and qualify leads and ensure a healthy sales pipeline • Drive, negotiate, and close cross-selling and upselling opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success Managers • Build and maintain long-term relationships with public sector decision-makers • Deliver online demos, on-site meetings, and events to present our cybersecurity solutions
