Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years in recruiting for technical roles, especially in software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting.
- Familiarity with technical methodologies and industry-specific terminology.
- Experience with interview techniques and assessment methods for technical candidates.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment fields are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Basic understanding of technical roles and skills relevant to software development, data engineering, and DevOps.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
