Interim Recruiter

• Conduct Student Success video interviews while managing a high volume of applicants each day. • Focus on resume review, proactive outreach, phone screenings, and in-depth video interviews. • Collaborate closely with the Talent Management team to meet ongoing hiring goals. • Ensure efficient movement of candidates through the hiring process for entry-level customer service roles. • Schedule and conduct professional interviews and make hire recommendations. • Respond to routine inquiries from candidates outside the company regarding next steps in the hiring process. • Ensure applications are updated and handle multiple job tasks concurrently. • Escalate issues in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Prior Contract Completion for temporary assignments is a plus.
- A successful completion of a Background check with Employment history verification
- Team collaboration
- College degree or some college completed
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
- Fully proficiency in written and spoken English (equivalent to CEF C1 level or above)
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reside within an approved state*
- Able to work from home with the following internet requirements: High-speed Internet Connection (Cable, Fiber, DSL)
- Mobile Broadband is not supported, this is satellite, wireless/cellular hotspot service, and point to point internet service
