Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML). - Build, train, evaluate, and optimize models using techniques such as classification, regression, and advanced analytics. - Collaborate with data engineers to define and consume curated datasets from Azure Synapse, ADLS, and Azure SQL. - Develop scalable feature engineering and model training pipelines. - Operationalize ML models using MLOps practices, including versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies. - Translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. - Work with large datasets using Python, SQL, and distributed processing frameworks. - Contribute to the design of analytics and AI architectures across Azure ecosystems. - Implement best practices for model explainability, reproducibility, and governance. - Support visualization and insight delivery through Power BI or similar tools. - Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making. - Participate in client engagements, including discovery, experimentation, and solution design phases. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles. - Strong hands-on experience with: - Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) - Azure Synapse Analytics - Azure Data Lake / Blob Storage - Solid programming skills in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark). - Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. - Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments. - Understanding of data pipelines and collaboration with data engineering teams. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and version control best practices. - Ability to work independently and make pragmatic technical decisions. - Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. • Provide technical assistance and support for upcoming queries and issued related to computer systems, software, and hardware  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other IT systems  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues promptly, escalating problems as necessary  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures  • Ensure IT systems are compliant with security policies and standards, including antivirus updates, patch management, and access control  • Assist in the deployment and management of software applications, updates, and licenses across organization  • Participate in backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability  • Monitor system performance and capacity, identifying and resolving issues proactively  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve technical uses and procure necessary IT equipment and services  • Work as part of our Helpdesk team, logged into hunt groups, and answer client calls professionally throughout the day. • Handle both external customer tickets and internal support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Initiate and actively drive the adoption of good patterns, structures and use of technologies for development and operations • Investigate and identify practices and work that can benefit from automation • Monitor and suggest improvements to the existing CI/CD process to increase speed, safety and reliability • Implement and coordinate implementation with the parties involved • Develop and maintain existing /GitLab CI pipeline libraries • Assist developers with setting up CI/CD for their projects and provide support for any issues that may arise • Stay up to date with the latest tools and trends in the industry • Provide senior-level, best practice recommendations and implementations to our Windows, Linux and Kubernetes hosting environments • Function as a mentor to junior team members, providing technical guidance and recommending continued learning opportunities to help them develop • Educate fellow team members as well as Application Development Teams about the platforms used-for and hosted-by our team. Key tools and concepts in this space are: Gitlab, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Istio Service Mesh, Kubernetes , Kafka, ELK • Work with our Security team to remediate high-risk vulnerabilities and ensure the security of our environments are being scrutinized as appropriate for their use case • Offer services related to the above tasks and projects to any of the Companies of the Group as instructed by the Line Manager

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ingestion frameworks on AWS using services such as AWS Glue, S3, and Redshift. • Implement and maintain S3‑based data lakes, including raw, staged, and curated layers, following agreed standards and best practices. • Set up and optimize Amazon Redshift environments, including schema design, distribution and sort key strategies, and performance considerations. • Develop reliable ingestion patterns for file‑based and database sources, including SFTP‑to‑S3 workflows. • Implement secure secrets management using AWS Secrets Manager, ensuring credentials are never stored in code or configuration files. • Build reusable, maintainable transformation logic aligned with agreed modelling and semantic‑layer principles. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline reliability, data quality, and operational stability. • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions. • Contribute to defining and enforcing data engineering standards, security practices, and governance patterns. • Support clients during platform adoption, knowledge transfer, and handover.
