Talent Acquisition Specialist

Tiger Analytics

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada • Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers • Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for upcoming roles • Maintain the ATS, collect feedback, and calibrate the hiring process • Engage and attract talent across levels—from senior consultants to leadership roles • Manage interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers • Build partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Availability to work in EST hours
  • Experience in US hiring, particularly for GenAI, ML, and Data Engineering roles
  • Proven understanding of work authorization processes for North America
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong stakeholder management ability
  • Experience working for a consulting company with global operations (US, India) highly preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving requirements
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic, personable, and positive attitude toward team collaboration
