Tiger Analytics
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada • Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers • Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for upcoming roles • Maintain the ATS, collect feedback, and calibrate the hiring process • Engage and attract talent across levels—from senior consultants to leadership roles • Manage interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers • Build partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Availability to work in EST hours
- Experience in US hiring, particularly for GenAI, ML, and Data Engineering roles
- Proven understanding of work authorization processes for North America
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong stakeholder management ability
- Experience working for a consulting company with global operations (US, India) highly preferred
- Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated
