Sales Development Representative
WP Umbrella
• Proactively hunt for new leads in the WordPress and web agency ecosystem • Identify relevant prospects and start conversations in a natural, non-salesy way • Engage prospects on social platforms (LinkedIn, X, communities, etc.) • Qualify interest and book product demos with the right prospects • Build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline • Keep your work structured and well-documented (leads, conversations, outcomes) • Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging, positioning, and targeting • Help build the first outbound sales processes and playbooks
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and French, or English and German
- Comfortable with outbound sales and lead hunting
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Able to start conversations without scripts or pressure tactics
- Comfortable with performance expectations and revenue accountability
- Autonomous, reliable, and organized in a remote environment
- Comfortable working in an early-stage setup where not everything is defined yet
- Knowledge of the WordPress web agency / freelancer ecosystem
- Experience selling SaaS to agencies, freelancers, or professionals (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with WordPress, hosting, or website maintenance concepts (Nice to Have)

• Use sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to identify and build lists of employer prospects aligned with Vanteo’s visa program criteria. • Launch and manage multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate interest among targeted employers. • Introduce Vanteo’s visa programs (EB-3, H-2B, J-1, etc.) to prospects and conduct initial qualification calls to assess interest and fit. • Record detailed discovery notes and qualify leads for handoff to the Sales for closing. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employer data, contacts, and opportunity records in Outplay and HubSpot. • Support collection of required documentation and ensure completeness before passing leads to internal operations or legal for onboarding. • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Operations—to ensure smooth transitions and alignment across the employer journey. • Stay informed on changes to U.S. visa program requirements and immigration workflows to effectively communicate value and address prospect questions. • Occasionally travel to employer sites to gain a first-hand understanding of job roles, facilities, and workplace culture, as needed. • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, or virtual events to support business development and networking. • Identify new verticals, outreach strategies, or market segments through prospect feedback and competitive research. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support broader sales or outreach initiatives.
