• Treat the card program like your own product. Monitor day-to-day performance, identify friction points in the user journey, and suggest improvements. • Track key metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, and campaign performance. You will turn raw data into clear, actionable reports for the internal team. • Act as a power user of our iOS and Android apps. Provide detailed feedback on onboarding, user experience (UX), and potential feature gaps to the development team. • Serve as a primary point of contact for our partners, helping to manage operations, escalate technical issues, and prioritize program updates. • Help drive program awareness and usage by supporting marketing initiatives across social and internal communication channels. • Utilize modern AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, and AI agents) to automate routine reporting, draft communications, and analyze data to increase team productivity.
• Support the VP of Seasonal Workforce pipeline, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and deals are updated in Excel workbooks, CRM, and internal systems. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring 100% data accuracy in tracking potential hires and business opportunities. • Generate and distribute weekly pipeline reports with insights and action items for leadership. • Manage down payment collections, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate financial tracking. • Work closely with the finance team to reconcile payments and ensure no discrepancies in financial records. • Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring invites are sent within 1 business day of confirmation and action items are tracked appropriately. • Monitor and follow up on active opportunities to ensure timely communication and execution of deals. • Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, ensuring an average response time of 24 hours for both internal and external communications. • Prepare and edit professional emails, reports, and presentations as needed. • Maintain and organize 100% of documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company policies. • Assist in improving standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Assist with travel bookings and expense tracking, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Use sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to identify and build lists of employer prospects aligned with Vanteo’s visa program criteria. • Launch and manage multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate interest among targeted employers. • Introduce Vanteo’s visa programs (EB-3, H-2B, J-1, etc.) to prospects and conduct initial qualification calls to assess interest and fit. • Record detailed discovery notes and qualify leads for handoff to the Sales for closing. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employer data, contacts, and opportunity records in Outplay and HubSpot. • Support collection of required documentation and ensure completeness before passing leads to internal operations or legal for onboarding. • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Operations—to ensure smooth transitions and alignment across the employer journey. • Stay informed on changes to U.S. visa program requirements and immigration workflows to effectively communicate value and address prospect questions. • Occasionally travel to employer sites to gain a first-hand understanding of job roles, facilities, and workplace culture, as needed. • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, or virtual events to support business development and networking. • Identify new verticals, outreach strategies, or market segments through prospect feedback and competitive research. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support broader sales or outreach initiatives.
