Part Time Sales Development Representative

• Make 20+ live cold calls daily • Conduct outbound prospecting via call • Follow up promptly with inbound leads • Research accounts and build targeted prospect lists • Support the team in achieving 2 closed sales per week • Complete 50–100 outbound dials based on provided leads • Conduct 100–250 follow-up calls from customer events • Process customer payments as part of the sales cycle • Update and maintain CRM records regularly
Job Requirements
- Proven B2C sales experience, preferably in health and wellness
- Strong cold calling experience with consistent daily call volume
- Experience selling to an older demographic (ages 50–70)
- Demonstrated success selling high-ticket products or services
- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
- Experience using CRM tools to track pipeline and activities

Role We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Healthcare Sales Development team. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Manager of Sales Development. You will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to Zscaler’s sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification.
