Sales Development Representative
Vanteo
• Use sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to identify and build lists of employer prospects aligned with Vanteo’s visa program criteria. • Launch and manage multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate interest among targeted employers. • Introduce Vanteo’s visa programs (EB-3, H-2B, J-1, etc.) to prospects and conduct initial qualification calls to assess interest and fit. • Record detailed discovery notes and qualify leads for handoff to the Sales for closing. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employer data, contacts, and opportunity records in Outplay and HubSpot. • Support collection of required documentation and ensure completeness before passing leads to internal operations or legal for onboarding. • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Operations—to ensure smooth transitions and alignment across the employer journey. • Stay informed on changes to U.S. visa program requirements and immigration workflows to effectively communicate value and address prospect questions. • Occasionally travel to employer sites to gain a first-hand understanding of job roles, facilities, and workplace culture, as needed. • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, or virtual events to support business development and networking. • Identify new verticals, outreach strategies, or market segments through prospect feedback and competitive research. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support broader sales or outreach initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 plus years of applicable experience, specifically sales or business development preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaboration and relationship building skills
- Experience in the usage of software productivity tools
