Sales Development Representative – Education Industry

• Independently generate **500 quality leads per month** through outbound prospecting strategies • Execute cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrolled students • Onboard a minimum of **75 students per month** • Use **Go High Level CRM** to manage pipelines, track outreach, and report performance • Qualify prospects based on eligibility criteria and program fit • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions • Consistently hit and exceed KPIs related to lead generation and enrollments • Provide weekly performance reports and insights to management
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in **education sector sales** (EdTech, training programs, online courses, student recruitment, etc.)
- Strong outbound sales background with hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience using **Go High Level CRM** (or similar CRM systems)
- Track record of achieving aggressive KPIs (lead generation & conversions)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
