Job Requirements
- Over 8 years of software development experience, including systems architecture and engineering practices.
- Hands-on: Practical experience in development and technical support for improvements and critical deliveries.
- Proven experience in modernizing technology stacks (e.g., migration to React).
- Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with backend development (PHP, Python, Node.js).
- Experience with mobile development (Flutter is a plus).
- Knowledge of Cloud architecture, microservices, and SaaS.
- Hands-on experience using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- At least 5 years of proven experience in technical management or leadership of development teams (e.g., Head, Manager, or Tech Lead).
- Ability to lead technical teams in agile, dynamic environments.
- Focus on metrics and delivery predictability.
- Ability to drive strategic alignment between technology and business.
- Availability for strategic in-person meetings and occasional travel.
