• Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to payments, such as approval rate, fraud, and chargebacks, among others. • Collaborate with country managers and finance teams to identify improvement areas and develop action plans to address payment performance opportunities. • Manage and execute projects aimed at optimizing payment processes, reducing transactional costs, and improving approval rates. • Provide regular reports and insights on payment KPIs to business leaders, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities. • Act as the main point of contact for the business team on financial performance topics related to payments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Support cross-functional teams in the implementation of improvements and best practices in payment processes.
