• Nebius is hiring a Sr. Director, GTM Mergers & Acquisitions to lead go-to-market integration for newly acquired companies. • This is a high-visibility role responsible for translating acquisition strategy into commercial execution — accelerating revenue synergies, protecting and enhancing customer experience, and enabling sales with expanded product capabilities. • You will sit at the center of cross-functional integration, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, GTM Operations, Customer Experience, and GTM Systems & Tooling to seamlessly integrate acquired businesses into Nebius’ commercial engine. • Success in this role means faster time-to-revenue, minimal customer disruption, aligned systems and processes, and repeatable integration playbooks that scale with our M&A strategy.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years in GTM leadership, GTM Strategy & Operations, or M&A integration.
- Proven experience leading commercial integrations post-acquisition.
- Deep expertise in B2B sales models, territories, and pipeline management.
- Strong CRM and GTM systems integration experience.
- Financial acumen and ability to translate deal models into revenue execution.
- Ability to operate independently across varying altitudes — from defining strategic vision to driving hands-on execution across specific workstreams.
- Executive presence with strong cross-functional influence.
- Excellent Communication Skills.

• Lead and develop the product marketing function, managing and mentoring Product Marketing Managers. • Define product marketing priorities aligned to company growth objectives. • Serve as a strategic voice across Product, Marketing, and Revenue leadership. • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. • Drive launch planning, cross-functional alignment, and execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Develop launch messaging, enablement programs, and supporting assets. • Ensure launches drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact. • Develop messaging frameworks, battlecards, talk tracks, and training programs. • Deliver compelling enablement sessions to sales and customer-facing teams. • Continuously improve enablement based on field feedback and business metrics. • Identify enablement opportunities that accelerate pipeline, conversion, and expansion. • Define differentiated product positioning and value propositions. • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value. • Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis. • Provide insights that influence product strategy and roadmap direction. • Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap alignment and product strategy. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth. • Work effectively with individual contributors and senior leadership across global teams. • Operate successfully within a distributed organization with strong collaboration across U.S. and India teams. • Engage customers and prospects to understand needs and validate messaging. • Develop customer proof points including case studies and success stories. • Represent product marketing internally and externally through presentations and thought leadership. • Define and track success metrics for product marketing initiatives. • Use data to inform strategy and improve go-to-market effectiveness. • Demonstrate impact on pipeline, ARR growth, product adoption, and retention.
• Own and evolve Leap’s positioning and messaging, ensuring it clearly communicates our value, resonates with target segments, and differentiates us within the employer health ecosystem. • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and commercial initiatives, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Marketing to deliver coordinated, high-impact launch plans. • Develop compelling sales enablement assets—including pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI narratives, and competitive talking points—that accelerate deal velocity and strengthen sales effectiveness. • Deliver actionable market and competitive intelligence to internal teams, translating insights into recommendations that shape sales strategy, pricing and packaging, and the product roadmap. • Build scalable product marketing systems and processes that improve operational efficiency, track impact, and support future team growth and investment.
• Collaborate with HPE product management and the external software ecosystem to drive awareness and business growth. • Lead cross-functional efforts to support the expansion and acceptance of Nonstop solutions. • Act as a subject matter expert for HPE Nonstop at events and customer engagements. • Develop and maintain clear value propositions that articulate availability, scalability, security, compliance, and total cost of ownership. • Lead solution launches and software releases, including messaging frameworks, launch plans, and field enablement.
