• Own Category Growth, Optimize Performance, and Expand Market Dominance. • Take full ownership of a multi-million dollar product category with Amazon as the primary growth channel. • Operate deeply within Amazon while leveraging experience across e-commerce, DTC, or marketplace environments. • Understand our category strategy, operating standards, and decision frameworks. • Execute accurately and consistently to deliver predictable, scalable results. • Improve systems with new ideas and strategies after mastery is demonstrated. • Manage category performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory. • Optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategy. • Identify and validate new product and expansion opportunities. • Manage lifecycle of existing products to ensure continued relevance and profitability. • Plan inventory and demand to support growth while managing cost and risk. • Collaborate with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces
  • Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability, either as a brand owner or within a growth team
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort making decisions from performance data
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools
  • Comfortable operating within defined systems before pushing for change
