Role Description Ragan Communications is seeking an experienced growth marketer to join our team. This is an opportunity to drive revenue, event registrations, and qualified leads for one of the most trusted brands serving communications, marketing, and PR professionals, using the full range of digital marketing tools and strategies, including AI, to move the needle. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is equal parts strategy and execution. You'll help build the plan and run it. - Develop and execute full-funnel B2B digital marketing campaigns across email, paid and organic social channels, programmatic and web. - Build, manage, and optimize campaigns, including segmentation, workflows and reporting. - Drive measurable outcomes including leads, MQLs, event registrations, and revenue contribution. - Use AI to generate, test, and iterate on email subject lines, ad copy, and social media content, including A/B testing variations at scale. - Apply AI to audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategy to improve campaign performance. - Leverage AI to analyze performance data, surface insights, and generate actionable recommendations. - Use AI to score leads, personalize outreach sequences, and optimize conversion paths. - Own performance metrics and use data to continuously test and improve results. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of B2B digital marketing experience with demonstrated revenue or pipeline impact. - Hands-on experience with email marketing, paid and organic social, and programmatic campaigns. - Demonstrated use of AI tools across marketing functions, content creation, audience targeting, performance analysis, and campaign optimization. - Familiarity with AI-powered features within platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Ability to build and refine effective AI prompts to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing outputs. - Experience using AI for copywriting, content iteration, and multivariate testing across email, social, and web. - Ability to use AI for audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategy. - Strong analytical skills and comfort owning performance metrics. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Domestic travel 3-5 times a year.
