Higharc
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for Software Engineering and Product roles through proactive sourcing • Use a dedicated LinkedIn Recruiter seat (and other channels) to identify, engage, and convert qualified prospects • Develop targeted search strategies and iterate quickly based on response/quality • Run initial screens to assess motivation, key competencies, and baseline technical/product fit • Deliver high-quality candidate write-ups and recommended next steps to the in-house recruiter/hiring team • Partner with the in-house recruiter/hiring team on intake calibration • Flag market feedback / comp friction / recurring candidate objections to help improve closing strategy and reduce agency reliance
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in recruiting sourcing
- Success sourcing technical roles in fast-paced start up environments
- Evidence of consistent pipeline generation: healthy response rates, pass through rates, etc
- Experience working with VP+ level stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems
- Full lifecycle recruiting (a major plus)
- Robust Ashby knowledge (a major plus)
