We are looking for a proactive and deeply technical Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join Tribe on a fixed-term project and embed with one of our most exciting clients - a high-growth, fast-paced consumer tech scale-up. In this role, you will be the driving force behind their tech hiring across the APAC region, specifically focusing on the competitive Australian and Japanese markets. If you are based in the APAC region, enjoy working on complex engineering profiles, know how to map hard-to-reach tech talent pools, and act as a true strategic advisor to engineering leadership, we’d love to talk to you. Contract: Full-time B2B (Must be able to invoice as an independent contractor) Location: Remote (Anywhere within the APAC region, working standard AEST) Language: Native or Professional Fluency in English is mandatory (minimum C1) What you’ll be doing: - Drive Tech Hiring in Key Markets: You will own full-cycle recruitment for complex technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) with a strict focus on the Australian and Japanese talent pools. You will focus on quality, technical bar-raising, and culture fit. - Strategic Advisory: You will collaborate directly with Engineering Directors and tech leadership. You will act as a trusted remote advisor, helping them refine job descriptions, calibrate niche profiles, and make confident, data-backed hiring decisions. - Proactive Sourcing in Hard Markets: You will look beyond standard LinkedIn searches to find the best tech talent. You know how to map the tech ecosystems across Australia and Japan to find hidden gems and passive candidates who fit a fast-paced startup environment. - Manage High-Demand Searches: We move fast. You’ll keep the process highly structured, ensure we are hitting our timeline goals, and collaborate with the hiring teams to keep momentum high from day one. - Hands-On Execution: You aren't "too senior" for the details. You are ready to own the process end-to-end, handling the coordination, scheduling, and operational tasks required to get top-tier tech talent across the line. Who You Are: - Experienced Tech Recruiter: You have 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically hiring Software Engineers, Product Managers, and tech leaders in a high-growth tech or startup environment. - Australia & Japan Market Expert: While you can be located anywhere in the APAC region, you must have proven, hands-on experience successfully hiring tech talent across Australia and Japan. You understand the nuances, compensation landscapes, and talent pools of these specific regions. - Project-Ready: You thrive in fixed-term engagements. You can drop into a new environment, quickly understand the tech stack, build immediate trust with stakeholders, and start delivering pipelines fast. - Clear Communicator: You possess native or C1+ English skills.
