• Lead all external audits, including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payors • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and payor audits • Oversee audit responses, rebuttals, corrective action plans, and appeals • Partner with Legal to ensure the company speaks with one voice during audits • Track audit outcomes, recoupments, pre-pay activity, and financial exposure • Design and implement a robust internal audit and monitoring program, built from the ground up • Use audit findings to inform policy updates, training, and operational improvements • Identify root causes and drive sustainable remediation across teams • Advise executive leadership on audit risk, mitigation strategies, and resource needs • Navigate audits across multiple state Medicaid manuals, understanding the nuance and variation by state • Lead and develop audit staff, setting expectations and raising performance

• Review new customer onboarding applications to ensure completeness, verify required documentation, and assess AML/KYC risk prior to approval. • Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews as needed. • Support ongoing KYC/KYB reviews and periodic customer refreshes. • Help maintain accurate records, audit trails, and compliance documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve workflows, tooling, and compliance processes. • Stay up to date on AML regulations, guidance, and internal policies.

• Review and approve marketing materials, product claims, and advertising copy to ensure full compliance with FDA, FTC, and International Regulatory guidelines. • Partner with the Scientific Marketing Content Manager and Creative team to translate complex scientific information into accurate, compliant, and consumer-friendly content. • Maintain and update compliance documentation, audit trails, and claim substantiation records across all platforms and campaigns. • Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Product teams to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner. • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and proactively communicate updates and best practices to marketing stakeholders. • Support the development of compliance workflows, checklists, and training materials to strengthen team-wide awareness and accountability. • Contribute to the company’s continual improvement by identifying process efficiencies and recommending system enhancements.
