• Conduct AML and fraud monitoring across fiat and crypto transactions, including deep-dive investigations into complex or high-risk activity • Analyze blockchain transactions and wallet behavior to identify suspicious patterns and exposure to illicit activity • Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD), including evaluating source of funds/wealth and crypto-specific risk factors • Independently investigate potentially suspicious activity and draft clear, well-supported internal escalation reports and/or Unusual Activity Reports (UARs) • Support KYC/KYB processes, including onboarding reviews and periodic customer refreshes • Monitor direct and indirect blockchain exposure with high-risk and severe-risk categories, including screening wallet addresses and counterparties e • Maintain thorough documentation, audit trails, and case records in line with regulatory expectations • Partner with Product and Engineering to refine transaction monitoring rules, improve alert quality, and enhance crypto compliance tooling • Stay current on evolving crypto regulations, enforcement trends, and typologies (e.g., mixers, sanctions evasion, DeFi exploits)

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap for different products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business, to define product requirements and prioritize product features. • Work closely with engineering teams, as part of the Agile squad, to ensure the product vision is aligned with technical capabilities and constraints. • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and timelines for delivery. • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive customer satisfaction. • Create and maintain the product backlog, including clear and consistent user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritization. • Provide vision and direction to the agile development team & stakeholders. • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of pre-prepared tasks to work through. • Identify problems linked to the evolution of the product. • Provide conceptual and technical solutions to deliver product. • Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are in order to provide appropriate advice to stakeholders and guide the Agile team. • Identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques. • Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research. • Consult internal and external stakeholders about the benefits or drawbacks of new technology or strategies. • Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems. • Identify and manage all blockers and document solutions. • Manage and lead the product release and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. • Provide an active role in identifying and mitigating impediments that impact the successful team completion of sprint goals and product release.

• Generate new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting • Engage prospects using a consultative, problem-focused selling approach, qualifying opportunities for our Account Executives • Build and scale the top of the sales funnel through targeted warm and cold outbound campaigns • Research and identify high-potential companies and decision-makers, adding qualified prospects to outbound sequences • Highly organized, and open to feedback. Willing to try different verticals to broaden our outreach • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and client information/activity data in our CRM - Hubspot
