• Focus on Alibaba products: You are responsible for selling Alibaba products and positioning them strategically to new potential customers. • Cold outreach with real support: You proactively contact pre-qualified companies provided by our lead-generation team. You focus fully on driving conversations and closing sales — additional research is possible but not required. • Identify potential & persuade: You can detect prospects' needs and convince them with the appropriate solutions from our portfolio. • Conduct effective meetings: With a high volume of calls and a clear structure, you lead goal-oriented phone conversations — professional, convincing, and engaging. • Professional presentation: You design initial meetings and digital presentations to build lasting, profitable customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Sales experience: You have prior active selling experience — for example in telephone sales, field sales, or inside B2B sales — and you want to develop further.
  • Customer-oriented & closing ability: You can excite prospects, spot sales opportunities, and confidently drive them to signature.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills: You communicate messages clearly and precisely, work in a solution-focused and prioritized way, and have professional German language skills, as well as fluent English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable with technology: Digital tools are a means to an end — you use them to sell more effectively and efficiently.
