The DoD recognizes the importance of providing military and DoD-affiliated families with access to quality, affordable childcare programs. Access to childcare directly affects the efficiency, mission readiness, morale, and retention of DoD personnel worldwide. ICF is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (React, Java, SQL Server) to support the CYP program. This position will be focused on maintaining and supporting the current Angular, Java, and SQL Server implementation; designing, implementing, and migrating to a modernized React, Java, and PostgreSQL architecture; and migrating an on-premise infrastructure to the cloud. This position requires extensive hands-on experience and the ability to update, maintain, and understand complicated SQL stored procedures to both support the current system and to migrate to a modern architecture and infrastructure.
