Full Stack Software Engineer

• Build working versions of sovereign infrastructure solutions. • Work in rapid cycles, utilizing AI and modern frameworks to move from a strategic requirement to a functional deliverable. • Act as the lead contributor to ensure the initiative is successfully integrated and launched within the specific product unit. • Translate sovereign policy and market needs into technical specifications. • Write clean, maintainable code, set up deployment pipelines, and produce necessary documentation for other teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in high-velocity technical environments.
  • Experience in a technical environment where responsible for solving complex problems independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and Javascript are essential.
  • Experience with Python and Vue.js for full-stack prototyping is highly valued.
  • Mastery of Kubernetes, Containers, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
  • Deep experience deploying and managing applications across various cloud providers and on-premise environments.
  • Ability to navigate organizational friction and turn technical challenges into clear, deliverable paths forward.
  • Enthusiastically embrace new AI tooling, actively learning how to use agents to augment capabilities and accelerate software delivery.

ICF is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (React, Java, SQL Server) to support the CYP program. This position will be focused on maintaining and supporting the current Angular, Java, and SQL Server implementation; designing, implementing, and migrating to a modernized React, Java, and PostgreSQL architecture; and migrating an on-premise infrastructure to the cloud. This position requires extensive hands-on experience and the ability to update, maintain, and understand complicated SQL stored procedures to both support the current system and to migrate to a modern architecture and infrastructure.
