Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Masco Corporation

• Provide consultative support to dealer customers within a designated territory • Offer sales and marketing training to maximize dealer efforts • Proactively sell spa/Sauna products through the dealer channel • Build and maintain positive working relationships with existing and potential dealer customers • Ensure implementation of sales and marketing programs throughout the assigned region • Work with dealer customers and internal teams to problem solve • Actively manage territory by planning dealer visits and preparing meeting agendas

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales
  • Experience working with consumer products, independent retailers, and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels preferred
  • Experience working in the Pool and Spa industry is a plus
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team essential
  • Proficient user in MS Office applications
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
