Intern, InfoSec Compliance Specialist

• Working with Akamai Security Compliance team on projects by supporting analysis or stakeholder work (documentation processing, providing clarification to stakeholders etc.) • Reviewing requirements and assessing compliance with requirements of specific elements of scope • Supporting transition to GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tool • Analyzing the applicability and effectiveness of security controls by evaluating their performance

Job Requirements

  • Be a current student with a great interest in Computer Science
  • Understand basic principles of security (confidentiality, integrity, availability, privacy, etc.)
  • Understand basic compliance concepts (security control, requirements, audits, gap assessment, non-conformity, etc.)
  • Have good communications skills
  • Be able to analyze issues and have good attention to detail

Role Description The Director of Special Services is responsible for providing sound educational programs for children who cannot sufficiently benefit from regular classroom programs.
