• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process • Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls • Support customers during proof of concept sessions • Document interesting use cases in blog posts and contribute to our ecosystem developing packs and content • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
Job Requirements
- Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
- Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services or Consulting Services
- Play with the product, be prepared to give us feedback
- Experience working with multiple operating systems (proficiency with Linux a must)
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex
- Ability to travel up to 40% mostly across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- You live in Germany
- Fluent speaking and written skills English and German
- Experience working remotely.
