• Liderar 5-8 FDEs distribuidos; apoyarlos en QBRs, sesiones con clientes y presentaciones a stakeholders • Definir estándares de calidad: testing, documentación de flujos, control de versiones y procesos de despliegue • Gestionar escalaciones críticas: latencia de LLMs, errores de transcripción ASR, regresiones en flujos • Implementación hands-on de agentes cuando no hay FDEs: diseño de prompts, orquestación de flujos, tool use • Liderar implementación de Lili Analyze: configuración, calibración y puesta en producción • Resolver problemas complejos: bucles en prompts, errores ASR/STT, degradación conversacional • Respaldar a FDEs como punto de seniority técnico en interacciones con clientes • Identificar oportunidades de expansión: nuevos casos de uso, WhatsApp, Speech Analytics, Lili Analyze • Apoyar renovaciones contractuales con contexto técnico y métricas de rendimiento
Job Requirements
- 3+ años hands-on con IA: LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI (tool use, RAG, flujos multi-step)
- Arquitecturas de IA conversacional: NLU/NLP, ASR/STT, TTS, orquestación de agentes
- APIs REST, webhooks
- Capacidad de leer/escribir código (Python, JS)
