• Reporting Payments of suppliers • Go over confidential contracts • Project administration • General admin and diary management of the CEO • Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance • Creditors management, including capturing and reconciling supplier invoices • Debtors management and follow-up • Processing and issuing invoices • Loading payments for approval • Bank and account reconciliations • Maintaining accurate and well-organised financial records • Liaising with the external accountant when required and preparing handover documentation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ bookkeeping experience - experience with an NGO an advantage
- Excellent working knowledge of Sage (essential)
- Communicate well
- Tech savvy will be using Clickup, Whatsapp and other project apps
- Strong proficiency in Excel essential
- Proven experience managing full bookkeeping to trial balance
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Payments and invoicing experience
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy when handling confidential financial information
- Efficient with feedback
