Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Marketing, UI/UX Designer
- Experience working with brand identity (logos, branding, templates), banner ads, animated banners, landing pages, and storyboards for video production
- Knowledge and understanding of design trends, meaningful and smart design concepts, critical thinking ("why am I doing this?"), research skills, as well as expertise in composition, grids, typography, color theory, and their impact on design, including working with AI
- Excellent proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, Blender, XD
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Experience working with contractors and production companies in BTL by delivering design materials for print & production
- Understanding of principles of brand display and consistency in BTL design.
- Experience working with AI tools for creating marketing materials (videos, animations, image generation, landing page generation).
- Experience working with WebFlow to develop landing pages and other web-oriented content.
