• Develop and own demand generation strategy, programs, and reporting to drive predictable pipeline and revenue growth. • Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns across the full sales funnel—from awareness and engagement through pipeline creation and expansion within existing customers. • Run hands-on demand generation programs across channels such as paid search, paid social, events, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives. • Partner closely with Sales to align on target accounts, campaign priorities, and follow-up strategies that maximize pipeline creation and opportunity conversion. • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and channel performance. • Develop and test new campaign ideas, channels, and offers to identify scalable growth opportunities through ongoing experimentation. • Improve landing pages, lead forms, and campaign experiences to increase conversion rates and drive stronger marketing performance. • Own vendor relationships related to demand generation and evaluate new tools or partners that can help scale marketing efforts effectively. • Leverage AI tools where appropriate to accelerate campaign creation, audience research, messaging development, and performance optimization. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure campaigns support the broader revenue strategy.
Job Requirements
- 4-7 years of directly related experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience executing B2B marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, events, webinars, and account-based marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure performance, and optimize programs to improve results.
- Experience improving landing page and campaign conversion rates through testing and optimization.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage leads and measure demand generation performance.
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a strong plus.
- Experience targeting enterprise organizations (companies with 1,000+ employees) and developing messaging that resonates with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or startup experience preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate campaign development, targeting, messaging, or performance analysis is a plus.
- Technical aptitude and curiosity to learn and understand our product and communicate its value effectively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and delivering results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve and team members collaborate closely to achieve shared goals.
