• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with Japan business priorities to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth across Japan. • Localize and execute global campaigns aligned with regional field marketing strategies. • Manage & execute detailed campaign plans including objectives, messaging, channels, calls to action, follow-up processes, and performance metrics. • Manage procurement, legal and purchasing workflows, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timely vendor payments. • Partner with digital, BDR, and campaign teams to ensure lead list uploads, follow-up processes, and pre/post-event comms are executed effectively. • Lead & support vendor management, event logistics, swag shipments, etc. • Manage an organized system for regional event calendars, assets, and post-event documentation. • Track & report measurement of key marketing activities and event performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments in Japan.
  • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to align marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience executing field marketing activities such as webinars, trade shows, and partner events.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and 6sense.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Team collaborator, and enjoy the start-up environment with ambiguity.
  • Fluent in Japanese, and business level in English.

Job Summary Courtyard is seeking a Live Operations Marketing Manager to own and scale our live services program. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing Courtyard’s live on-platform events and thematic product launches, which serve as the primary engine for engagement, retention and revenue across the platform. Similar to Live Ops roles at leading mobile gaming companies, you will manage the operational cadence of in-platform events, ensuring launches are well-scoped, properly planned and executed seamlessly across teams. You will partner closely with Inventory & sourcing, Products, Engineering, Creative, Growth and Data to bring new product experiences to life, from weekly content drops and seasonal moments to major category launches.
