Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (e.g., Developer, Lead Developer or Architect)
  • Experience in technical leadership or architecture of ServiceNow projects
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (development, configuration, integration)
  • Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
  • Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, databases)
  • Experience running workshops, requirements analysis and stakeholder communication
  • Experience leading technical teams
  • Excellent German and English skills
