Role Description Genworth’s Information Technology organization is undergoing a multi-year transformation to become business aligned, enterprise minded, and operationally disciplined. The Director, IT Service Management (ITSM) is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and leading an ITIL-aligned ITSM service tower and making ServiceNow a trusted system of record for service execution, controls, and performance. This leader establishes the ITSM operating model, drives consistent adoption across technology towers, and ensures service delivery is measurable, reliable, and audit-ready across the enterprise. Role Description As an IT team member, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve – now and in the future. In your role as a Quality Assurance analyst, you will support Genworth’s top strategic priorities. The person selected will work with the LTC Claims Admin application teams, responsible for support and development activities for multiple applications across different technologies, maintaining system health and implementing changes to support the business. We are looking for people with a strong attention to detail and focus on quality. In your role as a QA Test Analyst, you are responsible for the planning, design and execution of system testing. You will conduct test plan/case reviews, execute test cases and evaluate and report test results. The role will involve extensive collaboration with other developers, Business Analysts and QA members on the team as well as with Business Partners and other IT teams. You will gain Genworth product and application knowledge as part of a team that is driving change and innovation within the company. Role Description The Asset Projection Team is principally responsible for asset projections and scenario generation within Moody’s Axis and Economic Scenario Generators (ESG).
