QA Analyst – Software Tester, Tier 2 Support, Release & Defect Validation

• Own Tier 2 validation: reproduce the issue, retest the fix, confirm acceptance criteria, and capture clear evidence. • Regression & impact checks: ensure fixes don’t break related workflows or dependencies. • Release validation: drive regression + smoke testing for patches, configuration changes, and maintenance releases; provide QA readiness input. • Defect management: log, track, retest, and communicate status/risk using client-standard tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/JIRA/TestRail or equivalent). • Operationalize QA: build and maintain lean, repeatable regression packs and incident-based test scenarios that improve speed and consistency over time.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in QA/testing in an enterprise environment (operational/production-focused preferred)
- Strong manual testing for defect fixes and releases (targeted retest + regression)
- Experience with .NET and/or Microsoft SharePoint applications
- Familiarity validating vendor SaaS fixes and coordinating evidence with vendor support
- Experience working with ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM incident/change/request workflows) is beneficial
- Clear documentation and stakeholder-ready status reporting (evidence, risks, readiness)

Role Description As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will monitor and provide feedback on the quality of phone interactions with participants by evaluating calls of representatives and advisors.
