• Configure and customize ServiceNow’s SPM module , including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development. • Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and working configurations. • Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation within the SPM module. • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform admins to ensure high-quality solutions. • Maintain data integrity, optimize performance, and support system testing and deployment. • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and SPM-related platform updates. • Support integration and scripting efforts as needed.

• Own Tier 2 intake and clarification: Analyse incidents and requests, confirm scope, perform triage/reproduction as needed, and document business and functional requirements. • Translate needs into delivery-ready artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. • Support release execution by partnering with development and QA teams to validate scope, highlight risks early, and coordinate UAT inputs where applicable. • Facilitate stakeholder and vendor coordination, ensuring alignment across business teams, support teams, and SaaS vendors for fixes and updates. • Develop and maintain lightweight documentation (runbooks, FAQs, known error patterns, knowledge articles) to reduce repeat incidents. • Apply data-driven analysis to identify trends (recurring issues, high-volume tickets) and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

• Own Tier 2 fixes end-to-end: investigate issues, reproduce locally/in lower envs, implement the fix, and support validation through to release. • Build production-ready solutions: apply secure SDLC practices, write clean maintainable code, and make quality architecture decisions under real operational constraints. • Release & maintenance execution: contribute to patching, small enhancements, and maintenance releases; support post-deploy verification and rapid rollback/mitigation when needed. • Integration & interfaces: build/maintain integrations and interfaces between systems (including APIs and supporting components) as required by the application landscape. • SharePoint development: design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions that enable business processes (SharePoint Online/on‑prem as applicable). • Collaborate with BA/QA: clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, support testing, and address defects efficiently during validation cycles. • Operationalize what you ship: update technical notes/runbooks, add monitoring/logging improvements where applicable, and reduce repeat incidents through prevention.

• Own Tier 2 validation: reproduce the issue, retest the fix, confirm acceptance criteria, and capture clear evidence. • Regression & impact checks: ensure fixes don’t break related workflows or dependencies. • Release validation: drive regression + smoke testing for patches, configuration changes, and maintenance releases; provide QA readiness input. • Defect management: log, track, retest, and communicate status/risk using client-standard tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/JIRA/TestRail or equivalent). • Operationalize QA: build and maintain lean, repeatable regression packs and incident-based test scenarios that improve speed and consistency over time.
