• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Manage customer expectations through clear, empathetic, and effective communication. • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services and offerings to support customers confidently and accurately. • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, address recurring issues, and improve processes and service quality. • Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records within internal systems. • Assist in identifying trends and patterns in customer inquiries to support improvements in service delivery and customer experience. • Uphold the company’s commitment to transparency and knowledge sharing in all customer interactions.**Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and a high level of empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM or customer support systems is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
