Regional Partner Manager
Semgrep
• Develop a partner-led growth plan for the EMEA region that connects Semgrep’s mission of developer-first security to partner pipeline and revenue goals. • Recruit and activate VARs and resellers who can bring Semgrep to engineering and security buyers, while maintaining productive relationships with tech alliances and marketplaces. • Enable partners technically and strategically by working with Partner Solutions Architects to ensure they can confidently represent Semgrep’s developer-first approach to AppSec. • Drive partner-sourced opportunities by aligning with Semgrep’s field sellers on joint pursuit of target accounts. • Engage with partner leadership and sales teams to make sure Semgrep’s value resonates at all levels — from account reps to executives. • Collaborate with field marketing on regional programs, events, and campaigns that highlight how Semgrep empowers developers to ship secure code faster. • Stay sharp on product and industry trends — maintaining strong knowledge of Semgrep’s roadmap, competitive landscape, and the evolving AppSec/developer tooling market. • Travel as needed within the territory (up to ~50%).
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of partner/channel sales experience in AppSec, cybersecurity, or developer tools with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling partner relationships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- A network of trusted connections with decision makers across VARs, resellers, and the broader channel ecosystem.
- Ability to translate technical value into business outcomes, showing why developer-first security matters for partners and customers alike.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with engineers, partner sales reps, and executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Own revenue, margin, and overall account performance across in-store and retailer.com channels. • Develop and execute annual and quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBPs). • Identify growth opportunities and drive execution across distribution expansion, assortment optimization, merchandising, and promotional programs. • Track and manage KPIs including sales, margin, POS/sell-through, distribution, and inventory. • Lead day-to-day retailer relationships, including buyers and category management. • Negotiate and secure outcomes in distribution, shelf placement, and promotional support. • Drive alignment across internal partners including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
