Senior Offensive Security Consultant
VerSprite Cybersecurity
• Lead full-scope red team engagements across: • Network and enterprise infrastructure • Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Active Directory / Identity systems • Physical and social engineering operations • Conduct advanced application penetration testing: • Web, APIs, mobile, thick clients • Reverse engineering • Custom exploit development • Perform adversarial testing against AI/ML systems, including: • Prompt injection and prompt poisoning • Model inversion and data extraction techniques • LLM jailbreaks and evasion chains • Adversarial ML payload development • Testing generative AI systems for abuse, data leakage, and privilege escalation • Develop and modify offensive tooling, including AI-integrated attack workflows • Scope, execute, and deliver comprehensive technical reporting • Brief executive leadership and technical stakeholders • Mentor junior consultants during live engagements
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of hands-on offensive security experience
- Demonstrated leadership of complex red team operations
- Deep expertise in:
- Enterprise attack paths and post-exploitation
- Cloud-native exploitation techniques
- Advanced web and API security testing
- Identity abuse and lateral movement
- Proven AI red teaming experience (required)
- Practical exploitation of LLMs or ML systems
- Building or adapting adversarial ML tooling
- Integrating AI into offensive operations
- Strong scripting and exploit development skills (Python preferred)
- Ability to independently manage remote client engagements
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
