• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting & retargeting) • Conduct audience research and testing (interests, lookalikes, broad targeting) • Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM) • Develop creative testing strategies (hooks, angles, formats) • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability • Track performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools • Collaborate with creative and content team
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience managing budgets of €5,000+/month preferred
- Fluent English
