Principal AI/ML Flex Solution Engineer
Snowflake
• Partner with regional Account Executives (AEs) and Solution Engineers (SEs) to identify, qualify, and develop AI/ML opportunities within US Majors accounts. • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops focused on our AI/ML portfolio. • Architect and prototype foundational AI/ML solutions, including proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that demonstrate clear business value. • Serve as the technical bridge between customers and the central AI/ML Product and Engineering teams, synthesizing customer feedback and emerging requirements. • Maintain a current understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends in AI/ML. • Drive sales acceleration through AI-assisted "hands-on-keyboard" development, creating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prototypes.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, such as data preparation, model training (supervised/unsupervised), deployment, and monitoring. Ability to translate this experience directly into how Snowflake can help advance the customer’s AI/ML initiatives.
- Possesses Level 200-300 knowledge of AI/ML: capable of designing robust solutions, discussing common algorithms and frameworks, and implementing standard MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Define factory level mechanical and thermal solutions that enable the setup, expansion, and optimization of greenfield and brownfield Jabil owned manufacturing facilities • Lead early phase factory design by scoping, specifying, and integrating mechanical and cooling systems • Design and integrate air cooled and water cooled chiller plants, dry coolers, heat rejection systems, and associated hydronic distribution networks • Partner with electrical, controls, and operations teams to ensure cooling systems meet availability, resilience, and operational excellence targets • Act as a subject matter expert for single phase and two phase liquid cooling technologies used in hyperscale data centers • Ensure seamless thermal and mechanical integration between facility cooling plants and high density IT liquid cooling loops • Review and approve mechanical designs, CAD models, and technical data packages for compliance with system level requirements • Own component selection for piping, valves, fittings, pumps, heat exchangers, and cooling equipment based on fluid type, pressure, temperature, corrosion resistance, and lifecycle cost
