This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description CC is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist — the person who will own the full recruiting function end-to-end. This is a foundational hire. You will build the systems, not just execute within them. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and the internal owner of hiring processes across all CC programmes and teams. You will report to the VP of Operations and work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership to ensure every hire reflects CC's mission, values, and operational standards. What You Will Do - Own the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding handoff. - Design and manage role-specific hiring pipelines in CC's operating system (ClickUp), ensuring every step is tracked and accountable. - Write compelling, values-aligned job descriptions that attract mission-driven talent from Muslim communities globally. - Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline — proactive sourcing, not just reactive posting. - Use AI tools actively throughout your workflow: from writing JDs and screening summaries to scheduling and candidate research. Manual-first is not an option here. - Develop and administer screening assessments that go beyond CV review — we want to understand how candidates think and how their values show up in practice. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria. - Track and report on hiring metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline health, source quality, and offer acceptance rates. - Uphold and reinforce CC's values through every candidate interaction — including respectful, timely communication with candidates who are not selected. Qualifications - Your Islamic values are visible in how you work — in your communication, your judgment, your accountability, and your integrity. - You are AI-native. You use AI tools daily. - You are organised to a fault. You do not drop balls. - You are a communicator who understands that how you say something is as important as what you say. - You are available during PST business hours. Requirements - 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience — in-house, agency, or embedded with a fast-moving organisation. - Demonstrated experience recruiting for mission-driven, values-based, or community organisations. - Proficiency with ATS and project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent). - Strong written English — you can write a JD, a candidate email, and an internal brief at a high standard. - Experience designing structured interview processes and competency-based assessments. - Familiarity with recruiting in global, remote-first contexts. Bonus (Not Required) - Experience recruiting for Islamic finance, Muslim NGOs, halal economy businesses, or similar sectors. - Background in operations or HR beyond recruiting. Benefits - The opportunity to build a talent function from the ground up at a mission-driven organisation with global reach. - A team that takes its faith and its work with equal seriousness. - 100% remote — we mean it. No office, no commute, no hybrid compromise. - Direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how CC grows. - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. How to Apply Submit your CV and answers to all five screening questions to the Collective Continuum careers portal or directly to the operations team. Applications without screening answers will not be reviewed.
