Role Description Area Sales Manager - ERP needed for an Education Group in Eastern UP. Immediate Joining. - Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate - Age - 26 to 35 years - Salary up to 10 lpa - It's a Traveling role. Candidate should have a 2 wheeler or a 4 wheeler. - Location is Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Candidate will work from Home but have to travel to different cities in Eastern UP based on work requirements. Experience: - 5+ years in sales/marketing Field. - Experience in School ERP sales. - Added advantage if the person has connects at Schools / pre-schools. - Experience with ERP Sales/customer relations from Ed. Tech/School, School ERP companies. - Identify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold. - Contacting potential clients via emails, cold calls, and exploratory visits. - Visiting schools and making presentations and demos about the ERP. - Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals. - Organizing and handling of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events. - Achieving the planned targets and driving revenues for the organization. - Carrying out ERP Brand building and Brand Positioning activities. - Assisting the Marketing Head in drafting proposals and ensuring deal closing. - Meeting clients, giving presentations, and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization. - Monitor various business development activities and update the Marketing Head / CEO on the same. - Monitor business improvement projects on a regular basis and look into the strategic and operational initiatives. - Work closely with the IT team for deal closure, product improvement, and market intel. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels internally and externally. - Articulate and good negotiation skills. - High achievement orientation with a will to take up additional responsibilities as and when opportunities arise. - Strong problem-solving and creative skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. - Ability to travel extensively and plan visit schedules. - Strong understanding of the School ERP business and competitors. - Team player with a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. - Adaptable and comfortable in coordinating with various people at all levels. - Well versed with MS Office, Internet, and presentation skills.
