• Responsible for developing influencer resources on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Kick, Twitter, and others in the U.S. and other overseas markets. • Proactively search for and identify suitable: Influencers, MCN agencies and Talent agencies. • Build a long-term partnership resource database. • Meet daily resource development targets and continuously update the partnership list. • Proactively reach out via phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM, and LinkedIn to introduce the company brand, explain partnership models, handle business negotiation, discuss pricing and quotations, move partnerships forward, confirm contracts, and manage payment discussions.

• Provide hands-on legal and compliance support across a multi-jurisdictional portfolio covering iGaming license applications, commercial contract drafting and review, AML/KYC compliance documentation, consumer dispute management, and cross-border corporate structuring. • Manage a high volume and wide variety of concurrent legal tasks. • Work closely with external counsel in different jurisdictions. • Produce well-structured written work to a consistent standard. • Research and compile legal and regulatory requirements for iGaming license applications. • Prepare and organize required documentation for license applications, including corporate documents, due diligence materials, and financial reports. • Liaise with regulatory authorities to track the progress of applications and ensure timely submission. • Conduct legal research on gaming laws, data protection requirements, and industry best practices. • Draft, review, and redline a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements. • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions; support responses to regulatory inquiries, consumer disputes, and administrative proceedings.

• Drive end-to-end development across front-end and back-end systems, including requirements analysis, architecture design, feature development, API creation, system maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. • Contribute to the design and implementation of core system modules; produce comprehensive technical documentation to ensure system stability, security, and high performance. • Actively participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and release management processes.

• Conduct requirements analysis and product design for modules including acquiring, collection/disbursement (agency payments), payment gateways, merchant backends, clearing and settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback management. • Deliver tailored client payment solutions across cross-border e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, foreign trade, and other key industries. • Lead the productization, integration, and optimization of payment channels (banks, third-party payment providers, card schemes, local wallets, etc.). • Design core workflows including merchant onboarding, transaction routing, multi-currency settlement, account reconciliation, and dispute resolution. • Produce standard product documentation, including PRDs, flowcharts, wireframes, and business rules. • Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, finance, compliance, risk control, and other cross-functional teams to drive efficient product launches and iterations. • Continuously optimize product performance and user experience based on data metrics such as transaction volume, success rates, and refund rates. • Track overseas market trends and competitor activities to enhance product competitiveness.

• Build and refine the overseas payment risk control framework, covering core modules such as merchant onboarding (KYB/KYC), transaction monitoring, fraud detection, chargeback management, and anti-money laundering (AML). • Design differentiated risk control strategies and tiered handling solutions based on country, industry, and transaction characteristics; manage and optimize rule engines, risk scoring, and black/white lists. • Monitor key metrics such as chargeback rates and fraud rates, lead investigations into high-risk merchants and abnormal transactions, and provide disposition recommendations (e.g., transaction limits, delayed settlement, account suspension, etc.). • Collaborate with product and technical teams to drive the functional planning and implementation of risk control systems (rule engines, monitoring alerts, case management). • Stay abreast of the latest anti-fraud and sanctions compliance requirements from international card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing business compliance. • Periodically produce risk analysis reports, and document typical cases and standardized handling procedures.
