Job Requirements

The Role We are seeking a Growth & Marketing Manager, based in the UK to act as a key driver of LemFi’s expansion across Chinese communities in the United Kingdom. This role will be instrumental in launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and building strong community and partnership networks to fuel sustainable growth. The role will involve significant travel to event across the UK, representing Lemfi at Chinese community events, signing up new users, arranging sponsorship opportunities and networking with Chinese communities across the country. Joining LemFi at a critical phase of international expansion, you will operate as an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes calculated risks, and executes with speed and precision. You will own growth outcomes for your assigned markets, acting as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who is deeply embedded in the communities we serve. You will work closely with our Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams while serving as the internal voice of the user, ensuring LemFi’s offerings resonate locally and deliver measurable impact as we scale. How You’ll Contribute Travel across the country - Travelling across the UK, you will attend events, expos, and community meetings representing LEMFi as a brand ambassador and key point of contact to drive brand awareness and new customer sign ups - You'll build and expand LEMFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organisations, setting up meetings and agreeing sponsorship for existing community events. - You'll spend 3–5 days in a new UK city every 1-2 weeks to establish on-the-ground presence, grow relationships, and strengthen LEMFi’s visibility within local communities.
