Creative Strategist, Editor – E-Commerce

**Duties and Responsibilities:** - Lead creative strategy aligned with business goals including acquisition, retention, product launches, and retail support - Develop high-performing direct-response creative for Meta, Google (YouTube/Display), email, and landing pages - Define and maintain a consistent, human, and trustworthy brand voice across all channels - Edit and refine founder and team-generated content into clear, high-converting assets - Leverage customer insights, reviews, and community engagement to inform creative direction and messaging - Support product launches with campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and creative assets - Collaborate with media buyers and external partners to brief, review, and optimise creative output - Build scalable content systems and frameworks for rapid testing and iteration - Ensure full-funnel consistency from ads through to landing pages, email, and conversion points - Assist in structuring and optimising landing and product pages for clarity and conversion - Develop B2B and retail marketing materials including pitch decks and trade assets - Maintain a structured library of creative assets, including hooks, angles, and messaging
Job Requirements
- Must Haves:**
- Minimum 3+ years experience in creative strategy, copywriting, content, or similar roles (ideally within D2C, e-commerce, CPG, or subscription businesses)**
- Strong understanding of multi-channel content (paid social, email, landing pages, organic)**
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and execution (campaigns, copy, scripts, etc.)**
- Proven experience producing high-performing direct-response creative across digital channels
- Experience translating customer insights and data into effective messaging and creative concepts
- Ability to collaborate with founders, growth teams, and performance marketers to achieve measurable outcomes
- Excellent written English with strong attention to tone, clarity, and persuasion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with iterative feedback
- Nice to Have:**
- Experience in natural products, wellness, or low-tox categories
- Background working with brands that operate across D2C, retail, and community-led growth models**
