eCommerce Customer Experience Intern

Golden Hippo

• The eCommerce Customer Experience & Marketplace Insights Intern supports the Marketplace team by identifying customer insights, improving product education, and enhancing the customer experience across Amazon marketplaces. • Analyze Amazon customer reviews to identify recurring issues and root causes of customer dissatisfaction. • Evaluate high-performing competitive products to identify opportunities for improvement. • Identify opportunities for improved customer education through listing content and FAQs. • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing teams to align promotional calendars with inventory availability. • Monitor marketplace response-time KPIs to help maintain a 99% positive seller rating. • Develop post‑purchase engagement approaches within Amazon’s platform limitations. • Assist in resolving complex customer issues such as shipping delays or product quality concerns. • Evaluate and improve goodwill refund processes. • Assess listings for optimization in AI-driven discovery environments including Amazon Rufus

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Coursework or projects involving research, analytics, or customer insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of customer feedback.
