Process Manager, Service & Workshop

e-motion - Die e-Bike Experten

• You optimize workshop workflows and processes as well as the advisory support we provide to our franchise partners • You support our partners through trainings and analyses to ensure quality assurance of our two‑wheeler, three‑wheeler and cargo bike workshops • You assist in the implementation of new locations and help partners develop and establish new workshop processes • You develop and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals and online learning courses

Job Requirements

  • Ideally you are a master-qualified two‑wheeler mechatronics technician or master two‑wheeler mechanic
  • Career changers are welcome — for example (auto) mechanics or (auto) mechatronics technicians with experience as bicycle mechanics/assemblers
  • You have experience in assortment planning and in the interface role between workshop and sales
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of self-motivation characterize you
  • You are willing to support our partners on site (travel requirement approx. 60%)
  • Enjoy building and maintaining collaborative partner relationships
  • A high degree of independence, sense of responsibility and service orientation
