• Du optimierst die Werkstatt-Abläufe und Prozesse sowie die Beratung unserer Franchise-Partner • Du unterstützt unsere Partner in Form von Trainings und Analysen zur Qualitätssicherung unserer Zweirad-, Dreirad- und Lastenradwerkstätten • Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung neuer Standorte und hilfst den Partnern, neue Werkstattprozesse zu entwickeln und aufzubauen • Du entwickelst und pflegst Schulungsmaterialien, Präsentationen, Checklisten, Handbücher und Online-Lernkurse

• You optimize workshop workflows and processes as well as the advisory support provided to our franchise partners • You support our partners through trainings and analyses to ensure quality in our two-wheeler, three-wheeler and cargo bike workshops • You assist in implementing new locations and help partners develop and establish new workshop processes • You develop and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals and online learning courses
